EA / Trading Bot Terms

MT4/MT5 Expert Advisors are licensed software tools, not autonomous trading systems. Bots execute trades based on pre-defined rules and are not guaranteed to be profitable. You are solely responsible for configuring, monitoring, and managing bot activity. EA licenses are tied to your account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. We may revoke licenses for Terms violations. Performance varies by broker execution, spreads, slippage, and market conditions.

AI Coach Terms

The AI Coach is powered by third-party LLMs (currently Groq/Llama). Outputs should not be relied upon as professional advice. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or hallucinated. Conversations are processed by third-party providers subject to their privacy policies. We may log conversations for quality improvement and abuse prevention. Usage is rate-limited by tier.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to: use the Platform for any illegal purpose; reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Platform including EA binaries; scrape or extract data via automated tools; share or resell account credentials, EA licenses, or indicator access; attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; upload malicious code or spam; use the AI Coach to generate harmful or illegal content; abuse rate limits; or misrepresent your identity. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, signal logic, EA software, indicators, branding, and documentation are the exclusive property of FiKcentX. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Your personal data remains your property — you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for providing the Service.

DMCA & Copyright

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact our DMCA agent at hello@fikcentx.com with subject "DMCA Takedown Request". Include: identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact information, a good faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

Third-Party Services

Each service is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiKcentX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: use of or inability to use the Platform; trading losses or financial decisions based on Platform content; reliance on signals, AI outputs, or bot performance; unauthorized access to your data; or third-party service failures. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FiKcentX from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct violating these Terms. Upon termination: premium access ceases immediately, EA licenses are revoked, you may request data export within 30 days, and anonymized data may be retained as permitted by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes go to binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Delaware. You waive any right to class action or class-wide arbitration.

Modifications & Entire Agreement

We may modify these Terms with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
